It’s the final day of the course, and so also the final day of the Reach Cambridge 2016 summer programs! It has been such a fabulous few weeks, and we couldn’t wait for tonight’s Departure Party to celebrate all that the students have achieved. Tonight’s event had all the classic ingredients of a Reach Departure Party – dinner, a slideshow with videos and photos from throughout the program (always very emotional!), a photo booth area and a disco. But, for the very first time, this party also had a Live Lounge, which was an absolutely amazing addition – lots of the students showed off their musical talents with acoustic sets, and there were a few rousing group sing-a-longs. It was a very fitting conclusion to a program that has been filled with the unbelievable talents of the students – from academia, to music, to writing, to leadership and everything in between, we have been constantly impressed and amazed!
So, all that’s left to say is very best of luck to all our lovely students from this summer – your futures are all going to shine so brightly, remember to Reach for the stars!
