STUDENTS JOINING THE PROGRAMME AS PART OF A SCHOOL GROUP
All students who join one of our programmes will have an online account. For those students who sign up themselves (i.e. are not coming as part of a school group) they will have created their own online account via the usual “login” or “apply” page.
For all students who are joining as part of a school group, they will have an account created for them with the email address they provided. If you have not received an email, please check with your parents as you may have provided your parents’ email address rather than your own personal address or your own school address.
IF YOU STILL HAVE ISSUES SIGNING IN, OR IF YOUR ACCOUNT SAYS YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR DEPOSIT, PLEASE CONTACT email@example.com . Your school teacher leading the trip will not be able to change the email address on your account – this must be done by a member of Reach Cambridge staff.
When you log in, you will be prompted to provide an electronic signature for the medical and declaration forms.
These forms allow us to have all relevant information about dietary needs, allergies and important medical details. The declaration which you and your parents will sign makes clear that you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the programme.
