The Job: Supervisor of international students aged 13-19.
- Programme 1: 2nd July – 22nd July (3 weeks)
- Programme 2: 24th July – 6th August (2 weeks)
- Programme 3: 7th August – 20th August (2 weeks)
Please note we will most likely be having two intakes of supervisory staff: one for the three-week July programme, and one for the remaining four weeks (which comprises Programmes 2 and 3). However, we would be grateful if you could give as full an indication as possible of your availability for the whole of the summer.
The Pay: £275 per week
The Free Stuff: Free accommodation in Cambridge; half-board meals.
The Perks: Excursions across the UK including places such as London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Brighton and Oxford, scope to lead and help with loads of fun activities including sports, arts, cultural visits and evening social events.
The ideal applicant would have experience of – and enjoy – working with teenagers, a good knowledge of the city of Cambridge, and would work well individually and within a team. They should also be hard-working, approachable, conscientious and responsible. Supervisory staff are also expected to have the skills necessary to organise fun, inclusive and educational activities on campus and around Cambridge and in accordance with our health and safety guidelines.
REACH STUDY ABROAD CAMBRIDGE
Psychology Course -5 Weeks
The Job: Supervisor of Californian college students aged 18 and over.
The Dates: Monday 3rd July – Monday 7th August 2017.
The Pay: £325 per week
The Free Stuff: Free accommodation in Cambridge; free breakfast & dinner Monday – Thursday and excursion days
The Perks: Some weekend excursions which can include London, Paris and York plus cinema and theatre trips, access to sports facilities and equipment.
Please note that all RSA supervisors are required to attend First Aid training, dates for the course will be added shortly.
The ideal applicant would have experience of working with young adults and groups, a good knowledge of Cambridge city, and would be friendly, outgoing, hard-working and reliable. Supervisory staff are also expected to have the skills necessary to organise fun, inclusive and educational activities on campus and around Cambridge.
