Brochure Request
In order to receive printed materials, a client must first complete a request form. During this process a client is required to give their contact information (e.g. name, email and postal address). This information may be used to contact the client about Reach Cambridge programmes for which they have expressed interest and to contact the client about other goods and services.
Application Form
We request detailed information from each programme applicant on our application form. Here an applicant must provide contact information (like name, parent/guardian name and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for registration and billing purposes and to process a student's application. If we have difficulty submitting an application, this contact information is used to get in touch with the student and/or parent/guardian.
We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We partner with several third parties who provide specific services to students and parents, including travel insurance and flights to and from North America. We will share names and other contact information to enable those parties to offer and provide these services. However, we provide such information only on the basis that these parties may only use it for the purpose of offering and providing their particular services.
If the company decides to sell its business, we will transfer your information to the new owner (wherever the new owner is situated) in order that it can carry on the business and deal with clients and contacts in the same way as the company has or could have done.
